Joe Beaudette sent the game into overtime and Joel Gaulrapp hit the game winning goal as UW-Stout defeated UW-Stevens Point 5-4 Saturday at the Dunn County Ice Arena. Beaudette's goal came with 12 seconds left in regulation and Gaulrapp's came with 37 second left in overtime.   read more

Mahlon Thomas scored a career-high 20 points and led four UW-Stout players in double figures as the Blue Devils won the Olive Garden Tip-Off with a 78-73 win over host Bethel University Saturday. Jerrel Enerson-Matthews had 13 points, seven rebounds and seven assists.   read more

The UW-Stout athletics department has been honored by the NCAA for its diversity efforts. It is the first time a Division III university has received this award.  Established in 2005, the Diversity in Athletics award annually highlights athletics departments that excel in diversity. Recipients are recognized in six categories – diversity strategy, gender diversity of employees, racial diversity of employees, value and attitudinal diversity, gender equity (Title IX proportionality), and overall diversity. This is the first year that Division III schools have been recognized.   read more
