RIVER FALLS (February 13, 2010) -
Ashlea Peter (Sr, Wausau) and
Sam Mayer (Sr, Bloomer) took first place finishes at the UW-River Falls Brooks Classic Saturday.
Peter was first in the triple jump with a high NCAA Division III provisional qualifying mark by leaping 38-feet, 5.50-inches.
Mayer was first in the high jump with a mark of 5-feet, 1-inch.
In the pentathlon,
Heather Inczauskis (Fr, Bruce) placed second and
Becca Hamm (So, Owen) third.
Inczauskis tallied 2515 points and put up the second best time in the hurdles (9.69) and the second best height in the high jump (4-6.26).
Hamm had the best time in the 1000-meter (2:33.94) and the top height in the high jump (4-7.50).
